Micaela is currently the Head of Voiceover at Eris Talent Agency. She has been in the VO world for over two decades, and throughout her career, she has established a strong reputation as a voiceover agent among peers, associates, and other professionals.

Micaela began her career in October 2000 as a receptionist at SBV. Within a year, she became a Scheduler, Booth Director, then worked her way up to the Animation Agent's Assistant. That early experience gave her a solid foundation and opened doors to leadership roles agencies like Osbrink, Solid Talent, Atlas, and Vox.

What drives her most is working closely with actors! Finding Talent with fresh voices, unique takes, and helping them bring characters to life.

Outside of work, she is also an avid snow skier and outdoor adventurer, along with her three fur babies, Bojangles, Lucy, and Scottie.
