Each participant will bring copy for a character that you really want to work on - whether it’s a stretch for you, or whether it’s solidly in your wheelhouse and perhaps you didn’t book the gig. Whatever the reason - you should really love the character and have a strong take.
Daytime Emmy Award winning director, Kelly Ward, has directed voices for hundreds of cartoons, including Mickey Mouse Funhouse, Woody Woodpecker, Star vs. The Forces of Evil, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks. He has acted, produced, written and directed for television, film and stage and has been awarded the Humanitas Prize for writing children’s animation. Other notable credits include co-starring roles in the movies Grease, The Big Red One and Zoot Suit, and co-writing the feature films Once Upon A Forest and All Dogs Go to Heaven 2.
