Julie Thompson hails from Louisville, Kentucky where she began her career in entertainment studying acting at the Youth Performing Arts School before moving to LA for her B.A. in film production from USC. After going behind the camera, she pursued directing and producing for shorts and features before landing at a top tier VO agency where she learned the art of voiceover. She is currently celebrating eleven years with her company as a voiceover agent covering interactive and animation.

Actors will prepare one piece of copy, and in addition to receiving feedback on their reads, will discuss the business of VO and how to best work with an agent to get the most out of their VO career.
