Marc Hawes is a veteran Voice and Performance Director with over 18 years of experience in the industry. He has guided actors across AAA games, animation, and interactive media for top-tier studios including; Amazon, Sega, Bandai Namco, HoYoverse, Microsoft, Marvel, Mattel, and Tencent - bringing characters to life through voiceover, singing, and full performance capture.

Some of his credits include: Yakuza 0: Director's Cut (Nintendo Switch 2 - Launch Title ), Like a Dragon: Yakuza Pirate in Hawaii, Splitgate 2, Age of Mythology: Retold (2024 Game Awards Nominee), Whispers from the Star, Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, Monster High, Sand Land, and Trails in the Sky. 

Passionate about crafting impactful, story-driven experiences, Marc strives to create a safe space for performers to take risks, find emotional truths, and deliver compelling and character-focused storytelling. 

This workshop will offer actors a unique perspective to work directly with Marc to experience his actor-focused, story-first, collaborative approach and is ideal for those looking to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and hone their craft for work in AAA games and interactive media.
