Ashley Lambert has been the “unofficial in-house” casting director and voice director for Annapurna Interactive since 2017. Her first project was the BAFTA winning game, What Remains of Edith Finch. Past voice director titles include Ashen, Sayonara Wild Hearts, Twelve Minutes, The Artful Escape, Neon White, Open Roads, To a T, Thirsty Suitors, Bounty Star, and Strays. She cast and directed the recently acclaimed released, Mixtape, and upcoming titles Forever Ago and Townfall. Ashley has worked with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Game Freak, Fictions and several independent dev teams from all over the world. 
In addition to narrative gaming, Ashley is a partner at R.A.W. Voice Casting, where she provides casting, voice direction and voice acting services to feature films, television shows and new media projects. Within her company she runs a loop group in addition to managing specialty castings such as sound alikes, radio/newscasters, narrators, creature voices, animation voices, and singers. She also can be heard in multiple films as a voice actor, most recent credits include The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, the live action, Lilo and Stitch, Bad Guys 2, and Wildwood. 
Ashley grew up in Santa Barbara, studying opera at the Music Academy of the West. She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School under the Atlantic Theater Company and the Classical Studio. She attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in addition to an extension of the Atlantic Theater Company in Los Angeles, under David Mamet.
