Joe is a VO director, dubbing director, and casting director whose unique combination of outside-of-the-box casting, on-the-fly writing skills, and ability to achieve precision sync have won him high profile projects across several platforms. Some of these include WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS (Netflix), UNDERCOVER (Netflix), LUIS MIGUEL THE SERIES (Netflix), and PACHINKO (Apple TV+). Joe has also made an impact in the animation world, directing the dubs for all four of the "Rebuild" movies in the EVANGELION franchise for Amazon. In addition to casting/directing projects for Dubbing Brothers USA and The Kitchen, Joe is currently developing two feature films which he has written and is attached to direct.
