Kristin Paiva is a Casting Director and Talent Relations for Disney TV Animation, casting animated series and pilots for Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Jr. Prior to working in animation, Kristin worked in Casting & Talent Relations for Disney Channel live action. Kristin has been with The Walt Disney Company for over 13 years with a large majority of her time spent in Talent Relations for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. With a passion for developing talent, Kristin’s workshops will focus on developing skills and creating the best possible auditions. Kristin has worked on shows such as Big Hero 6, Milo Murphy’s Law, Lion Guard, Mickey and the Roadster Racers and more!
