Katie Galvan is the casting manager and co-casting director for DreamWorks Animation Television.  Alongside the rest of the casting team, she works on all development projects, pilots, specials and current series casting for the TV division.  Working with and meeting talent is by far Katie’s favorite part of the job.  Whether she’s working with someone who has been in the industry for years or someone who is trying to find their place in the voice over world, the connections and relationships are what mean the most to her. As a member of CSA, she’s constantly striving and working towards inclusivity in all areas of casting and ensuring the projects she works on are held at the highest standard.

Katie has been a part of the DreamWorks Animation Family since 2012 and a member of the casting team for the last 7 years. She has worked on casting for most projects since the TV division started (Boss Baby, She-Ra, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Archibald's Next Big Thing, Madagascar: A Little Wild, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous and Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight) just to name a few.

Watching content, scouting talent, and going to live shows has always been what Katie enjoys doing in her free time, so why not make a career out of it?!
